Thank you for your interest in counseling at BCC.  Please contact our office to schedule an appointment. Appointments will be filled on a ‘first call, first serve basis.’  We will do our best to match you with the counselor of your choice if you have a preference. It remains our desire to counsel as many people as possible, as quickly as possible, understanding that many of the situations are in an urgent state and help is needed immediately.

Upon receiving your completed profile we will send you confirmation letter with instructions on when and how to call in for an appointment. We appreciate your patience and understanding as you wait for your appointment. If your schedule is flexible and you are able to make last minute arrangements, please let us know and we can place you on our short-notice list in case of a cancellation.

Please keep a few things in mind as you prepare for counseling.

1. This is a 4-5 day commitment for couples and 3-4 days for individuals. We typically do two sessions on Monday, morning and afternoon, with a single morning or afternoon session Tuesday through Thursday.

Sessions are from: 8:30 am to 11:30 am (mornings) and

12:30 pm to 3:30 pm (afternoons)

2. We encourage you to focus on working through your issues. There will be homework assignments to be completed prior to the next session.

3. If you have children, please make arrangements for them to stay with relatives or friends. We do not have facilities here for them.

4. Prior to your appointment we encourage you to watch the pathWay DVDs and complete the Guidebook for Healthy Relationships. If you need a copy, it may be purchased by calling: 719.573.8051.

As a non-profit organization, our primary ministry is to provide Biblical Counseling to all those whom God sends. Our funding comes through gifts from couples that we counsel, and through monthly support from individuals and churches, similar to support other missionaries receive. Our trust is in God to provide the finances necessary to meet your counseling needs. Your counseling is not dependent upon any contribution.
